  • All Domestic orders have a flat rate of $3.00 for shipping and will be processed within 24 – 48 hours, and will be received within 2-6 business days. International orders carry a rate of $24.00(+up) and take 10-15 days. All orders will be shipped by USPS.
  •  Most orders placed before 1:00 pm EST, Mon – Fri, will ship within 24 hours. You will be emailed with Tracking information as soon as the order has been shipped. Most orders will Require adult signature. All unclaimed / returned orders will be subjected to additional charges.
  • Transit Times’ are all estimates only in Business days and are not guaranteed by Shippers. Orders will only be deemed lost and reprocessed if not received in 10 business days after the shipped-out date. Very few packages actually get lost these days, by any Shipper, but please notify us if you have not received your order within the above ‘Transit Times’ guideline so that we can set aside replacement items when possible.
  •  Orders will only be sent to Billing address when Credit Card are used, or Confirmed address if processed by Paypal.
  • All orders shipped within New York will be charged state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax for New York orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, excluding shipping and handling. The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.
  • Exact delivery times to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico cannot be guaranteed.
  • All items returned for Refund will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.

   FREE SHIPPING (PROMOTION / DOMESTIC )

  • All Domestic orders of $79.99 or greater will have their order shipped free of charge via USPS Priority Mail and will be processed within 24 hours, and will arrive within 2-3 business days ( is based on origin, destination and drop-off time, no guarantee from USPS).
  • This is an upgrade from our regular shipping method. USPS Priority Mail will provide enhanced package tracking online.

                                             RETURNS

 You may return merchandise for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the package Returned merchandise must be in unworn condition.

Customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within the guarantee return period for the product. Please CONTACT US to request an RMA number. BOOTONCLUB.COM will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all stickers, labels and tags in there original packing. If item(s) are not returned in original condition your refund will not be processed. In addition, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and lost items. Have your shipper provide you with insurance for all items. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks from receiving date. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Except in cases where we are at fault, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. In some cases, we may have to charge shipping for exchanges, even if your order originally received free shipping.
The sizing of clothing can vary between brands and even between items of the same make and size. For New Era fitted hats, the sizes are close approximations and are not 100% consistent. This means, for example, that one fitted hat in 7 1/8 might fit differently from another 7 1/8, although they will be quite close. While you can still return merchandise for this reason, we will not be considered to be at fault.

To return or exchange, please do the following:

1. Package the item in the original packaging. All hats must be in a box large enough to fit them without any  crushing. We recommend re-using the box that the hat was originally shipped in. Any hats shipped in bags,    envelopes, or undersized boxes will be refused. The only exception is beanies.
2. Include a copy of the original receipt.
3. Include a detailed note explaining your request for a refund or exchange.
4. Ship the merchandise to our address using USPS First Class
